Stand up paddle boarding also known as SUP is an incredibly popular sport and an activity which can be enjoyed on both flat waters and on surf. Unlike a lot of boating activities, paddle boarding provides the opportunity for you to just turn up and have a go. You do not need any previous experience and it is accessible for all ages and abilities.
Our friendly team will get you kitted up with the necessary safety gear and provide a briefing before helping you to get out on the water. For beginners we will walk you through the basics step-by-step and for more accomplished paddle boarders we will chip in with hint and tips to fine tune your technique.
